1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CryptoFilter platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. CryptoFilter LLC (“CryptoFilter,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

CryptoFilter provides a real-time token scanning and analytics platform that indexes publicly available blockchain data across networks including Solana, Ethereum, and Base. The Service includes token discovery, risk scoring, smart alerts, and related analytical tools designed to help traders identify new token launches and assess on-chain activity.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. CryptoFilter reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription and Payments

CryptoFilter offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. We accept payments via credit card, USDC, and other supported cryptocurrencies. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable law.

For cryptocurrency payments, transactions are processed on-chain and are subject to network fees. CryptoFilter is not responsible for delays or failures caused by blockchain network congestion or wallet errors. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service;
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the scope of your subscription;
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or its data without prior written consent;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Use the Service to facilitate market manipulation, wash trading, or other fraudulent activity.

6. Disclaimer — Not Financial Advice

The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. Nothing on CryptoFilter constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice.

Token data, risk scores, alerts, and any other information provided through the Service are based on publicly available blockchain data and proprietary algorithms. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or digital asset. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

CryptoFilter does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the Service. Past performance of any token or strategy does not guarantee future results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoFilter and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.

In no event shall CryptoFilter’s total aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to CryptoFilter for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and underlying code — are the exclusive property of CryptoFilter LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification — shall survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CryptoFilter and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
